Should Japan nuclear power plant shut down ?

After the Japan earthquake that happened on 11 March, the safety of the nuclear plant power became the hottest topic in the world. there is a big problem that is should the nuclear power plant shut down.

The Japanese goverment said other nuclear plant may not be closed except the most dangerous Hamaoka nuclear plant, but many people said all the nuclear plant ought to be closed, if another major earthquake or tsunami happen, the nuclear plant may bring grave damage to the world again. there have been a large of people died of nuclear radiation last time. several people also insist nuclear plant shouldn't be closed, nuclear power is a important part of energy.

But in Germany, the goverment of Germany made a huge decision, Germany will close 11 of its 17 nuclear power plant, only remains 6 nuclear plant to generate electricity.
